Le premier réflexe en matière de relation client est habituellement de chercher à offrir le même service à tout un chacun. Or, les consommateurs ne contribuent pas tous de manière significative aux profits de l’entreprise (voire même l’en éloignent). Seraient donc rois seuls les plus rentables…
